Hosting and Organization

 

Checklist APTEROS

 

1.  Schedule proposal: APTE
rolling schedule up to two years in advance: http://apte.net/apteros/schedule

2.  Proposal of particular APTEROS with date, time, venue, topics and speakers: Host
normally two months to two years in advance to z@apte.net also multiples APTEROS can be proposed, especially if the number of potential participants is a multiple of the normal size (10 to 20 persons) or if the Host would like to organize the APTEROS on several locations or a particular APTERO goes in parallel to other events, exhibitions.

Bear in mind that the primary interests of participants are:

  • basic elements of  technology

  • markets

  • company organization and background including information about founders, first products, financing and managing

  • trends

The highest interest is always the environment in which the company operates, the keys of success and the hurdles encountered in different activities such as understanding the markets, defining the right products, innovation, commercialization, strategical considerations. 

3.  Providing detailed information about event and registration: Host to z@apte.net

4.  Sending invitations: APTE and Host

5.  Selecting participants: APTE and Host together

6.  Organization of the APTERO including meeting or conference room, infrastructure, providing catering services, presents to possible speakers etc..: Host

7.  Providing a list of the participants and possible badges and presents/give-aways and possible documentation to the participants: Host

8.  Publication of short reports (textes, pictures) in their respective newsletters and webpages: APTE and Host

 

The APTE Association will nominate a member or a partner of the association to hold the event. Please see the continuously updated schedule of APTEROs for up to two years in advance:  http://apte.net/apteros/schedule
