Organization of the APTERO including meeting or conference room, infrastructure, providing catering services, presents to possible speakers etc..: Host 7. Providing a list of the participants and possible badges and presents/give-aways and possible documentation to the participants: Host 8. Publication of short reports (textes, pictures) in their respective newsletters and webpages: APTE and Host
